产品描述

Biomass Steam Generator ZWSH Series

Biomass steam generator specifically designed for the major agricultural provinces of Northeast China, burning locally abundant biomass fuels such as straw pellets, rice husks, and sawdust. Fully automatic operation, one-key startup, equipped with overpressure protection, water shortage protection, waste heat recovery, and variable frequency energy-saving systems.

Product Advantages

  • Low Fuel Cost: Biomass pellets are priced at only 1/3 of natural gas

  • Fully Automatic Operation: PLC control + variable frequency feeding

  • Environmental Compliance: Equipped with bag filter, dust emission <30mg/m³

  • Multi-functional: Can simultaneously produce steam and hot water

Specifications

Model Evaporation Working Pressure Fuel Consumption Thermal Efficiency ZWSH-1.0 1t/h 0.7MPa ≈180kg/h ≥85% ZWSH-2.0 2t/h 1.0MPa ≈360kg/h ≥85% ZWSH-4.0 4t/h 1.25MPa ≈720kg/h ≥85%

Northeast Fuel Advantage: Heilongjiang produces approximately 100 million tons of straw annually, with biomass pellet factories spread throughout the province, and fuel delivered to the plant at approximately 600-800 yuan/ton.
