Product Overview
Adopting patented inclined combustion technology, it achieves black-smoke-free burning with any biomass pellets, and can easily burn even severely coking straw pellets. Features 360-degree all-directional vortex combustion, full-time water-cooled furnace, and extended oxygen-supply air ducts for more reasonable furnace air distribution and longer service life. The flame temperature is extremely high, appearing white with a near-blue color. Based on the principle of biomass pyrolysis gasification combustion, the high temperature fully burns out substances such as tar in the flue gas, achieving cleaner combustion of flue gas.
Biomass fuel is a solid fuel; its storage, fire-safety and explosion-protection requirements differ from natural gas and fuel oil and are determined by the local authority. Flue-gas emission levels are subject to the project test report.
Includes models for burning different fuels: steam, hot water, hot air, thermal oil, and civil cooking/heating stoves. It can meet the different heat source needs of various industries including industrial, commercial, service industries, agricultural planting, breeding, drying, centralized heating, and civil heating.
