Designed for venues with high hot water comfort requirements such as hotels, hospitals, and high-end residential complexes, the HPS series integrates variable frequency water supply pump groups, smart mixing valve groups, and a PLC control system, ensuring that the outlet temperature and pressure at each water point remain constant at all times, completely solving the pain points of sudden temperature changes and large water pressure fluctuations.

System Features

• Outlet temperature achieves ±1°C constant temperature through PID control of mixing valve opening
• Variable frequency pump group automatically adjusts speed according to water consumption, with outlet pressure fluctuation ≤±0.02MPa
• Pump group adopts one-duty-one-standby or multiple-duty-one-standby configuration, with automatic switchover upon single pump failure
• Pipeline return water circulation system ensures hot water immediately upon opening the tap, eliminating the need to wait for cold water to drain
• Control cabinet features a 7-inch touch screen, supporting scheduled, constant-temperature, and constant-pressure operation mode switching
• Reserved RS485 interface for connection to Building Automation System (BAS)

Northeast Design Highlights

• Return water pipeline uses electric tracing heating + rubber-plastic insulation to ensure return water temperature does not attenuate
• Hot water storage tank equipped with dual temperature sensors (upper and lower layers) for precise monitoring of hot water stratification status
• System automatically increases water supply temperature by 3-5°C in extreme winter weather at -30°C to compensate for pipeline heat loss
