产品描述

Industrial Waste Heat Recovery Hot Water System WHR Series

Targeting the large amounts of medium-to-low temperature waste heat resources discharged during industrial production processes (flue gas waste heat, cooling circulating water waste heat, process drainage waste heat, etc.), the WHR series uses high-efficiency heat exchangers to recover waste heat for building heating and process hot water preheating. The Northeast region is rich in industrial waste heat resources, and reasonable utilization can significantly reduce enterprise energy costs.

Waste Heat Sources and Recovery Solutions

  • Boiler flue gas waste heat (flue gas temperature 150-250°C) → flue gas-water heat exchanger recovery, water temperature rises by 30-60°C
  • Air compressor/refrigeration unit cooling water waste heat (water temperature 30-45°C) → plate heat exchanger + heat pump to raise temperature to 60-85°C
  • Process drainage waste heat (printing & dyeing, food, chemical and other industries drainage 40-80°C) → shell-and-tube heat exchanger + filtration system

System Core Equipment

Corresponding heat exchange equipment is configured according to the characteristics of different waste heat sources: finned tube/heat pipe heat exchangers are used on the flue gas side; plate/shell-and-tube heat exchangers are used on the liquid-liquid side; low-temperature waste heat is paired with high-temperature heat pumps for temperature elevation. The system is equipped with PLC control, which automatically switches operating modes based on waste heat supply and heating demand.

Northeast Application: A large food processing enterprise in Heilongjiang Province utilizes the 70°C condensate water waste heat discharged from the cooking workshop. Through the WHR system, it provides heating for a 5,000 m² factory area, saving approximately 80,000 Nm³ of natural gas annually, with an investment payback period of only 1.5 years.
