- Combustion System Upgrade: Replace with high-efficiency low-NOx burner, equipped with electronic air-fuel ratio adjustment, reducing flue gas oxygen content to 3%-5%
- Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery: Install economizer + condenser, reducing exhaust gas temperature from 200°C to below 60°C, improving thermal efficiency by 8-15 percentage points
- Intelligent Control: PLC + variable frequency control, automatically adjusting combustion output based on steam load, eliminating idle firing
