ZQ-CY Series Atmospheric Thermal Deaerator
Dissolved oxygen is the primary cause of boiler corrosion. Northeast China groundwater has dissolved oxygen as high as 8-12mg/L, which will cause rapid perforation of furnace tubes if not removed. This series adopts a two-stage deaeration process combining rotary film and packing, achieving outlet oxygen content ≤0.05mg/L.
Process Principle
- Primary Deaeration (Rotary Film Tube): Feedwater forms a high-speed rotating water film, with steam penetrating in countercurrent direction, achieving 80% deaeration
- Secondary Deaeration (Stainless Steel Packing Layer): Deep mass transfer ensures compliance with standards
- Water Tank Storage: Equipped with steam reboiling tubes to prevent secondary oxygen dissolution

Northeast China Application: Groundwater in Harbin, Mudanjiang and other areas has hardness as high as 300-500mg/L. Combined with sodium ion softener after deaeration, boilers can be ensured to operate for 15 years without corrosion.
