ZQ-WY Series Pressure Reducing and Desuperheating Station
Used to adjust high-temperature and high-pressure steam parameters from boilers to the working conditions required by downstream equipment. Features an integrated skid-mounted design, including pressure reduction system, desuperheating system, safety protection, and automatic control system. Fully assembled and tested at the factory for plug-and-play use on site.
Product Features
- Pressure reducing valve adopts cage-type multi-hole structure, ensuring stable pressure drop and low noise
- Desuperheater uses Venturi spray mixing method for uniform and rapid temperature reduction
- Equipped with spring-loaded full-lift safety valve for automatic overpressure release
- Standard electric heat tracing for cold regions to prevent instrument pipeline freezing
