ZQ-FG Series Steam Distribution Header
The steam distribution header is the core equipment of the boiler room steam distribution system, distributing steam generated by the boiler to each steam branch as required. It is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the GB150 "Pressure Vessels" standard, suitable for severe cold regions of Northeast China and various industrial steam pipeline networks.
Product Features
- Cylinder body made of Q345R low-alloy steel plate rolled and formed, with 100% non-destructive testing on welds
- Each steam outlet pipe is equipped with an independent stop valve and pressure gauge, with no interference between branches
- Drain valve interface and blowdown port provided at the bottom
- Insulation layer uses rock wool + aluminum skin outer shell, with customizable thickening available for severe cold regions
