The CLDR-N Series large commercial graphene nanometer electric boiler is the flagship electric heating product launched by Jingyu Thermal Energy for industrial parks, commercial complexes, hospitals, schools, large hotels and other 800-5000㎡ venues. The power covers seven levels: 80kW, 100kW, 150kW, 200kW, 320kW, 400kW, and 500kW, making it the "heavyweight member" of the Jingyu Thermal Energy graphene energy-gathering electric boiler family.
This series of products adopts the internationally leading graphene nanometer coating technology, uses high-quality quartz glass tubes as the heat-conducting substrate, and achieves a modular thermal energy heating solution with water-electricity separation, high efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability. Compared with traditional metal resistance heating tubes, the graphene coated heating tubes have made a qualitative leap in terms of thermal efficiency, service life, and safety—the thermal efficiency is as high as 99% or more, saving 20-30% in energy, and the heating element life of 30,000 hours only attenuates by 8%.
Working Principle
Graphene nanometer coating technology is adopted to form a nano-electric heating film on the surface of the quartz glass tube, achieving surface-like heating. The quartz glass tube has excellent performances such as high temperature resistance (700-800℃), corrosion resistance, and not easy to scale, with a service life of up to 30,000 hours, which is 8-10 times that of traditional metal heating tubes (3000-4000 hours). The complete water-electricity separation design fundamentally eliminates the hidden dangers of leakage and tube burst.
