EMC — Guaranteed Steam Savings Energy Performance Contract

For industrial enterprises with large steam consumption, we adopt the Energy Performance Contract (EPC) management model and guarantee minimum steam savings. If the target is not met, we will fully compensate the shortfall. The enterprise only needs to provide the steam site and cooperate with construction; all other investments are covered by us.

Core Commitments

• Annual steam savings rate ≥ 15%, with full compensation for any shortfall
• Zero investment from the enterprise; we bear all equipment and engineering costs
• Contract term of 5–8 years, during which equipment is maintained by us
• Upon contract expiration, all equipment will be transferred to the enterprise free of charge

Applicable Conditions

• Annual steam consumption ≥ 5,000 tons
• Existing boiler in operation for over 3 years
• Willingness to undergo energy-saving retrofit and cooperation with construction

Over 20 enterprises in Heilongjiang Province have signed contracts, with cumulative annual steam cost savings exceeding 5 million yuan.
