RS-120 Hot Water Engineering Complete System
Designed for centralized hot water supply needs in hotels, bathing centers, hospitals, schools and other facilities, providing complete system solutions from heat source to terminal. Based on local energy conditions and water usage characteristics, gas boilers, air source heat pumps, electric boilers, or combined energy solutions can be flexibly configured to achieve the optimal balance between economy and reliability.
System Components
- Heat Source Equipment: Gas-fired hot water boilers, air source heat pumps, electric boilers, or dual-energy systems are selected based on site conditions
- Hot Water Storage Tank: 304 stainless steel inner tank + 50mm polyurethane foam insulation, capacity 5-50 tons customizable as needed
- Water Supply Pump Set: Vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump, one in operation with one backup, variable frequency constant pressure control
- Control System: PLC + touch screen, supports layered water temperature control, timed water supply, off-peak electricity heat storage and other modes
- Piping System: PPR/galvanized steel pipes, main pipelines use rubber-plastic insulation to reduce heat loss
Applicable Scenarios and Configuration Plans
| Facility Type | Daily Water Consumption | Recommended Solution | Storage Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Economy Hotel (50-80 rooms) | 8-15 tons | Air Source Heat Pump + Electric Auxiliary Heating | 8-10 tons |
| Medium-to-Large Bathing Center | 80-200 tons | Gas-fired Hot Water Boiler (Primary) | 30-50 tons |
| Hospital Inpatient Department | 20-50 tons | Gas + Solar Dual System | 15-25 tons |
| University Student Bathhouse | 30-80 tons/day | Air Source Heat Pump + Off-Peak Heat Storage | 40-60 tons |
Special Design for Northeast China
- Tap water temperature in Harbin winters can drop as low as 2-4°C, requiring heat source configuration power 40%-50% higher than equivalent-scale projects in southern regions
- Hot water storage tanks should be placed indoors or within insulated rooms to prevent winter freezing
- Outdoor pipelines use electric tracing heating + rubber-plastic insulation, ensuring no freezing at -30°C
- System designed with maximum outlet temperature of 85°C to meet peak winter water demand
Reference Case: A university student bathhouse in Harbin adopted an air source heat pump + off-peak heat storage solution, providing 50 tons of hot water daily, saving approximately RMB 180,000 in annual operating costs compared to the original coal-fired boiler.
