ZQ-FG Series Steam Distribution Header (DN200-DN800)

ZQ-WY Series Pressure Reducing and Desuperheating Station (Integrated)
Regulates high-temperature and high-pressure steam from boiler outlet to the parameters required by downstream equipment, integrating pressure reducing valve, desuperheater, safety valve, and control system. Widely used in steam networks, heat exchange stations, and process steam applications in Northeast China, ensuring safe and stable operation of steam-consuming equipment.
ZQ-NS Series Condensate Closed-Loop Recovery Unit
Closed-loop recovery of steam condensate to the boiler room, with recovered water temperature ≥120°C, saving over 20% in fuel. Equipped with automatic level control, anti-cavitation pump set, and stainless steel water tank, widely used in the severe cold regions of Northeast China, effectively solving issues such as high heat loss in open-loop recovery and winter freezing.
ZQ-PW Series Continuous Blowdown Flash Tank (LP Series)
Recovers flash steam and high-temperature waste heat from boiler continuous blowdown water, producing low-pressure steam as a byproduct for deaerator heating or space heating, significantly reducing boiler room energy consumption. In Northeast China, it can be paired with a warm air unit to use flash steam to preheat boiler inlet air, solving the cold air thermal shock issue during winter.
ZQ-CY Series Atmospheric Thermal Deaerator (4-35t/h)
Uses steam to heat boiler feedwater to 104°C, removing dissolved oxygen to ≤0.05mg/L, preventing boiler oxygen corrosion and extending boiler service life. Northeast China groundwater has high hardness and high oxygen content, making the deaerator a standard boiler room equipment.
