Heilongjiang Province Issues Electric Energy Substitution Action Plan, Bringing Policy Benefits to the Electric Boiler Market

The Heilongjiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Heilongjiang Province Electric Energy Substitution Action Implementation Plan (2026-2027)," clearly stating that by 2027, the province's electric energy substitution electricity will reach 8 billion kWh, with a focus on promoting the replacement of coal with electricity in industrial boilers, civil heating, and other fields.

The plan points out that enterprises implementing electric boiler retrofits will receive equipment subsidies of up to 30%, and units using off-peak electric heat storage boilers will be granted preferential electricity price policies. This move will bring significant opportunities to the electric boiler, electromagnetic boiler, and energy storage electric boiler markets.

As one of the largest electric boiler manufacturers in the province, Jingyu Thermal Energy will actively respond to the policy call and launch multiple energy-efficient electric boiler products that meet the subsidy standards.
